In continuing with community-impact efforts to bring educational entrepreneurship opportunities to women and girls across the county and around the world, the Sister Sprout Academy announces new, fun and colorful hands-on retail builder bootcamps.

The Sister Sprout Academy announces the much-anticipated roll-out of the Project 2024 Candy Couture Retail Business Builder Bootcamps for women and girls. The new Sister Sprout business development program offers a student-run fancy candy shop, modular entrepreneurship courses, collectible achievement badges, and gamification features to aid learning for students of all ages.

“The teaching of entrepreneurship can be challenging, especially for girls and teens. Sister Sprout’s new, hands-on gourmet candy shop, accompanied by fun and colorful business-builder courses, makes teaching and learning enterprise topics easier and more enjoyable,” says Dusty Welsh, Sister Sprout’s Executive Director and lead program educator. “Our students, classroom educators, and team members are already having fun with this!”

Sister Sprout’s retail business builder bootcamps provide educational programs for adult women with an existing retail business or business idea they have dreamed of launching. Girls and teens ages 9 to 16 ser invited to participate in group programs, after-school activities, out-of-school initiatives, and in-classroom learning experiences.
